Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Harbor (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Saqqar service and the Saqqar Odoo Copilot add-in (together, the “Service”). It describes our practices for the Service itself, not for any particular marketing website.
Information we collect
- Account information. The email address (and optional name) you use to create and sign in to your Saqqar account.
- Connection credentials. The credentials you choose to provide so the Service can connect to the business systems you authorize (for example an Odoo URL, database name, username, and password or API key). These are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions you request.
- Your requests and shared content. The messages you send to Saqqar and the relevant workbook content the Saqqar Odoo Copilot add-in shares (for example the active sheet’s data) so the assistant can fulfil the report or analysis you asked for.
- Generated outputs. The tables, charts, reports, and files Saqqar produces for you.
- Usage and technical data. Limited operational information such as request counts and token usage, used to run, secure, and meter the Service.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: authenticate you, connect to the systems you authorize, carry out the operations you request, and write results into your workbook.
- To process your requests with AI: your request and the data you choose to share are processed by third-party AI-processing providers acting on our behalf, solely to generate the output you asked for.
- To maintain and secure the Service: prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, debug, and improve reliability.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) the systems you explicitly connect (such as your own Odoo or database); (b) third-party AI-processing and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf to deliver the Service; and (c) where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Storage and security
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to systems and data is restricted to what is needed to operate the Service.
Data retention
We retain your account information, stored credentials, and conversation history while your account is active. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time (see Your choices and rights), after which they are removed from the active Service.
Your choices and rights
- Access and update your account information within the Service.
- Delete your account and data. Deleting your account revokes access tokens and removes your conversations and stored credentials.
- Contact us to make any privacy request.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
