These Terms govern your use of the Saqqar service and the Saqqar Odoo Copilot add-in (the “Service”), provided by Digital Harbor. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Marketplace add-in licensing

For the Saqqar Odoo Copilot add-in obtained through Microsoft AppSource / Microsoft Marketplace, the end-user license agreement is the Standard Contract for Microsoft’s Commercial Marketplace, unless a separate signed agreement applies.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials and systems you connect, for the accuracy of the data you provide, and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and only on systems and data you are authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its providers.
  • You are responsible for reviewing actions the assistant proposes; write operations to your connected systems are gated behind your approval.

The assistant’s output

Saqqar generates reports, tables, and analyses from the data you provide and connect. Outputs may contain errors; review results before relying on them for decisions.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Harbor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, or the terms of the applicable Marketplace Standard Contract.

Payment, refunds and cancellation

Saqqar is sold as prepaid tokens through one-time payments; nothing renews automatically. See the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
