Get help with the Saqqar Odoo Copilot add-in and the Saqqar service.

Getting started
- Open Excel and add Saqqar Odoo Copilot (Insert → Add-ins), then choose Open Saqqar on the Home tab.
- Sign in with your Saqqar account (email code or password).
- Pick your database (project & environment).
- Ask for a report — for example “sales by month with a column chart” — and Saqqar builds it directly in your workbook.
Common questions
- The pane looks out of date. Close and reopen the Saqqar pane; if needed, remove and re-add the add-in.
- I can’t connect my database. Re-check the connection details in the database picker, or sign out and back in.
- I need to remove my account. You can delete your account and associated data from the Service; contact support if you need help.
